We've been trying to teach the E-man different ways to express himself when he gets frustrated. Our current favorite is for him to hold one hand up and say "Aye Carumba!" It hasn't exactly worked yet but it's fun watching him practice "Aye Carumba!"

Also I've been working on laser beam eyes where we squint and then blast each other a la Cyclops.

This is also the point where I wonder if households with moms do these sorts of things.

Hmmm. I'll ask my sister and get back to you on that! ;)

You way sounds like so much more fun. I remember coaching the boys to finish the sentence, "I'm so mad I feel like..." They were pretty creative. One time Andrew was so angry he felt like stomping his friend's house until it was a pile of tiny splinters...then he was going to tear apart his whole town and his whole world!

I did not point out that they lived in the same town and world.

Matthew heard Mike yell..
"dammmmmn ettt" one day...
now he says...

"damn eettt"... it's kinda funny...
Mike doesn't typically cuss...
but Matthew picked it right up.
