The Day He Became a Man

Last night E ripped a very audible fart, looked at me and started laughing. His surprised look, the giggle, all got me laughing right along. It took me a few beats to realize, oh wait I'm the parent now.

This proves I think that fart jokes are genetic.

I believe it is on the Y chromosome.

They get better when he learns to blame someone else.

Or learns the "Pull My Finger" bit ;)

OMG, I totally crack up when Magoo "toots"... and he gets a sheepish look on his face...

We call 'em
"one cheek sneaks"
:-)

Farts are just funny!

Farts are irrefutable proof that Goddess has a sense of humor.

If you 'n' E can laugh at farts, then we can become very good friends.

The thing I notice about farts though, is that you can crash through our house like an elephant, and the dogs will sleep through it. One of the dogs farts, and they BOTH wake up growling.

Kids, Men, Dogs... Farts are comedy. Women apparently never do it...

Which from first-hand-experience I KNOW to be a lie. A deadly, stinky lie.

Dan is correct...
we do not ever get the vapors.
