Trump'd
I would make a terrible real estate mogul. Each little turn of the deal and counter negotiation makes my stomache churn. Just buy my house and give me lots of money, ok? Is that too much to ask. So obviously the thing to do is to stop talking about because I'm obviously jinxing it and you know how powerful the jinx is. Next time I mention it will be after having the celebratory dinner.

How I do understand you so well! If I were in your shoes, I wouldn't speak a single word about anymore until it's definitely over.
As we say words sometimes carry sand into mechanisms...
Best wishes! :-)
Yes, good idea. Don't jinx yourself.
I know what you mean. I too hate negotiations, as much as they are a necessary evil in most everything we do these days. My stomach churns each time I have to negotiate terms--even if it's something as simple as a salary. Hope we soon hear that you're having a celebratory dinner!
I hear you! It can all fall apart right up until the last second. I've had it happen in the past and I too know that stomach churning feeling.
BYG, not helping!!!!
; )
Yikes, I read this with trepidation as we are getting ready to put our place on the market. I hope it all goes well for you.
In the past few months, DC has flipped to a buyer's market. It's quite frustrating.
good luck to you!
